Paying your dues

Dues will be mailed on April 15th and due on May 15th.  The amount is remaining the same.  $120.00

This year there are new practices and procedures. To make a payment in person, you need to schedule an appointment.  Dates and time frames are listed below.  Appointments will be in 15 minute increments.  This will help me to be better prepared as we don't have a computer or printer at the park.  If you think you will need more than 15 minutes, please indicate it at the time of making the appointment.  Also, if you need an interpreter and one cannot accompany you, please indicate that as well and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

To make an appointment, email, text or call the number or email address listed on the contact us page.  If calling you must leave a detailed message.  Appointments must be made at least three days prior to the appointment.

Please respect boundaries and do not show up at my house.

If you are paying in cash, if it is in small increments, please schedule enough time for it to be counted.  Cash must be counted in full with both the treasurer and the payee in attendance until a total is reached and a receipt is written. 

Fun fact, it takes approximately 2 hours (if no one loses count) to count 120.00 in pennies.  So if this is your intention, please schedule the proper amount of time.  I strongly recommend three hours to be on the safe side.
